My experience so far has not been great. I’ve had 2 deliveries and still not all parts have been provided. I have submitted a request for the remainder of the delivery to be sent and still not had a response.

Hi there, I really loved the look on the bed and it delivers there. However a few things with the instructions, firstly it highlighted the wrong holes to make the top bed - circling the bottom holes making the base slanted which was very frustrating changing. Also the second bed underneath did not have holes on there to screw the wheels onto them. Plus some of the holes that you needed to screw into were not fully drilled in which was an added issue. Overall, the bed is lovely but I was disappointed with how it all came together.

Wish I had got the one with high back so it looked like sofa mine is in dining room cos I had to have major spine surgery and couldn’t go upstairs it’s ok have downstairs bathroom too
