Excellent delivery service for the 6 door wardrobe. The drivers went above and beyond, carrying all the heavy parts up to my 2nd floor flat by stairs despite the challenge. They were friendly, professional, and handled everything with great care. Really appreciate their hard work and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the item has developed several faults that are unacceptable for a product at this price point and age. The issues include: • Loose screws that repeatedly come undone • Drawers that open automatically without being pulled • Wood panels that are noticeably weak and lacking structural strength These faults have made the wardrobe unstable and difficult to use safely. Given that the product is under a year old, it is clear that the quality does not meet reasonable expectations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and durable. A wardrobe costing this much should not deteriorate this quickly, nor should it present basic functional issues such as drawers failing to stay closed or screws failing to hold. This suggests either poor manufacturing or materials that are not suitable for long‑term use.
