Chayne 100cm H x 110cm W Solid Wood Standard Bookcase

Unlike some other items I've bought here, these shelves were reasonable and solid once built. The paint/finish was in better condition than other items I bought. Only complaint is that the 'black' version is actually more of a dark-bluish-grey. Still looks decent, but definitely not black!

As the unit was described as made from wood (oak) with a wooden frame I was expecting a painted wood look. This has been laminated in a high gloss reflective material not mentioned in the description giving a very modern finish. A well made sturdy piece with clean lines, just not the look I was going for unfortunately. Lesson learned - next time will call Wayfair for more info. Their Customer Service Team is excellent!

Excellent sturdy product that was easy to construct with a helpful instruction sheet. Finished in a high quality white gloss finish it looks great in my home office.
