Sturdy and just the job. It is now unrecognisable but forms the seat with storage at the back.

This is the second one Iv bought and they are so versatile, one in bedroom and one in bathroom, easy to assemble and great quality. Look fantastic, definitely recommend.

I hate to be critical, and I make things for a living so understand it’s gutting when the work isn’t up to standard. But can’t hold back the frustration with this item. Assembly guide is completely inaccurate, showing the shelves being fixed on upside down. If you follow the guide, the unlaquered poorly painted and drill-hole-riddled underside of the shelves is showing and the polished surface is hidden beneath. Had to disassemble and re-do. Awkward screw-fixed shelf assembly. Predrilled holes incorrectly positioned for the leg attachments to the top of bench meaning all misaligned relative to one another and the shelves. This means both shelves out of alignment with the legs, and the wood-screw holes from legs to shelves are therefore out of position, leaving you to screw into unprepared wood and leading to threading and loose screws for at least 2 of the legs on my bench. Not to mention the wave-pattern carved into one shelf’s surface during manufacture. Very dissatisfying experience putting this shoddy number together.

Easy to put together and finished off with 2 shops bought cushions. The description says up to 12 pairs but they must be children's as 8 adult pairs fit fine. Does exactly what I wanted it to do.
