The bed was delivered earlier that the estimated delivered date. The ETA time is just what the courier stated in the app. However, only the bed frame is delivered but no mattress instead. Once I've contacted the Wayfair, they were very prompt and apologetic, they booked the van to pick it up for free and issued the refund.
