I love this chair I am so enjoying sitting and rocking in it, a comfy chair that gives me enough support. My biggest issue was the way it was delivered, I had to go to a funeral and was journeying to the funeral when I received a email saying it was going to be delivered and I had no way to contact anyone to say I would be away. It was left on my doorstep so when I got home I had to try and get it inside 9pm, it had been raining and this large box was too much for a disabled person to manouver I had to find someone who could come out as I could not leave it outside over night, I had to unwrap it and get it in as the box would not fit through the front door. Comfortable chair, but not easy to assemble. Simple picture instructions do no tell you that you have to find the embedded bolts in the back rest and then cut access through the fabric with a paring knife. They are invisible under the fabric and you have to feel around with your fingers to locate them. Annoying! Also, the instructions do not tell you to screw the bolt end into the backrest FIRST, then attach the seat and secure with washer and nut. Really poor instructions.
