Be aware that the 100 day sleep satisfaction guarantee does not exchange mattresses for a different one i.e. medium firm to a medium soft etc. if they are very uncomfy. You can get a replacement of the exact same item ordered, which in my case wasn't helpful as the problem i had with the mattress i ordered was the discomfort of it. The divan is split in two parts. One of the part unfortunately came damaged. Have been waiting for replacement. I would have expected better product for the amount I paid. But will wait for replacement to give final review. The legs and screws were inside the divan and instruction on it said, don’t open divan before putting mattress on it. So I kept wondering where the legs are. In the end we put mattress on it and opened the divan to find out that it is damaged from inside and the leg and screws are inside the ottoman.
