OMG - the most comfortable chair ever, I love it. I bought this because it can be quite low, but it goes very high compared to my other office chair and I’ve just bought an oak desk that is 80 cm high and I’m very short so I couldn’t reach it properly. Super easy to assemble, although I will say they make the instructions more complicated than necessary by saying “make sure the I is placed on the H”. Basically, when assembly the seat base, put H on and assemble, then put I on, it’s that easy. What a difference a good chair makes! I'd being struggling with back pains over the last few weeks and ascribed it to a combination of not moving or exercising as much due to vacation. It turned out to be the previous chair I was using. The lumbar support is brilliant and even with the handrest down, slides nicely under my table while my previous chair couldn't. The only niggles I have come across so far are the net-like designs on the seat and handrest that will soon become a magnet for dirt. Just a few days and I've had to use various pointy objects to pick things out. Probably due to the chair's very light weight and easy-rolling casters, it slides all too easily over my hard floor mat.
