(In my opinion they have packed small bed slats In a small double pack), got In touch with customer services who said the parts I needed were out of stock. So they sent me a replacement bed. New bed arrived and exactly the same problem. Contacted them for a full refunded. Now have 4 heavy boxes and no bed. Waiting for them to organise collection. Had to call on 2 or 3 occasions to chase up bed. Had to be reordered. When arrived bed was damaged which I reported and kept with a reduce in price as daughter couldnt sleep without a bed and didnt know long a replacement wouldve taken. Headboard was missing. Was told it would be delivered on a smaller van. Again Had to phone and chase. Was delivered the following week. Courier tried to deliver another headboard, a week or so a go.
