Can’t really fault the quality. The only small problem is the double bed comes with a clip to hold the two sides together. It would be better if it was something that screwed in as it kept failing add when trying to put the bed in place. Other than that very happy. Sturdy enough for my teenage son. The bed was delivered earlier that the estimated delivered date. The ETA time is just what the courier stated in the app. However, only the bed frame is delivered but no mattress instead. Unfortunately, due to a small error when loading the van, I received only half of the divan bed. Once I've contacted the Wayfair, they were very prompt and apologetic, they booked the van to pick it up for free and issued the refund. Absolutely would not recommend this bed or Wayfair. First bed arrived with two broken slats, that was collect and I was assured a replacement would be sent straight out. A replacement was due to delivered on Thursday 17th April and never arrived until Monday afternoon. When it did arrive I was only sent one side of the bed, the entire bed wasn’t sent. I contacted Wayfair via WhatsApp and they assured me they would refund me as soon as this part of the bed was collected.
