Fully assembled, just the handles to fix as they are inside the drawers to avoid damage during transit. Communication was excellent and delivery was very quick. Beautiful dresser! White color is perfect, true white but not cheap bright white and not creamy white either. Be aware this piece is super heavy. It was not fun for me and my husband to move it to the loft bedroom in our lake cabin. Very quality piece especially for the price, drawer glides, sturdy drawers, and top drawer is velvet lined.
