Repeat buyer. Unfortunately wont be buying large pieces of furniture from this shop again. This sofa came with one faulty cushion. It only had half the inside material meaning it sunk when you sat down. I immediately contacted wayfair and was offered either a 35 refund to keep the sofa in its current condition or wait for a replacement cushion. I opted for the replacement as the sofa looked terrible in its current state and was uncomfortable for anyone to sit on that side. In the next few weeks, I reached out to 3 seperate agents upon the missed delivery dates. Each one claimed the previous agent never processed the cushion request and then assured me they processed it themselves and gave me a new delivery date. Then I receive an email from a different individual saying they were only now going to contact the manufacturer. I could either accept 20 refund (note a reduction) or accept a replacement sofa only if they have one available. Even after all my efforts and follow ups they still hadnt contacted the manufacturer and didnt know if a cushion or sofa was possible. Before I purchased the sofa, the website stated 7 available. The moment I purchased, the website suddenly stated the sofa was out of stock in ivory. Clearly those numbers are false and simply a marketing tool. I was so dismayed at this point and felt my many efforts to get a replacement cushion were pointless. I had no issues with previous purchases when the product arrived without issue but I would hesitate to make a big purchase again.
