Cheap plastic parts. One of the hooks has broken. Ive never been able to use the shoe rack as the screw thread on the plastic joint were worn out in first try. This was one of the worst products I’ve ever put together and having moved into a house recently, this is my 29th piece I’ve recently built. The instructions were lacking clear instruction and looked super confusing. The quality of the finishes are poor. You need a drill (which we don’t own) just to finish it, so we’ve had to pay money to get it in a usable state. The drawer parts didn’t align properly either. This set consists of a shoe cabinet with a matching mirror and a wardrobe. The shoe cabinet features one drawer and two doors with five shelves behind them.
