Great quality wardrobe looks lovely and has so much space. Takes quite a long time to build not helped by the fact the instructions are wrong in a couple of places and had to figure out what I was actually supposed to be doing. After spending what felt like an eternity building this wardrobe I've gotten to the end and realised they decided to only put holes in half way for the handles I assume so you can choose where they go? Which means you have to drill through and I don't own a drill. None of the rest required a drill this seems really silly I feel like they should just have put the hole through. Especially since the other option is right at the top of the door why would I want my handle there? Overall though this wardrobe was just what I was looking for, fits perfectly and has everything I wanted so difficult build was worth it. Arrived much quicker than expected although i am disappointed in the quality of a £700 wardrobe, instructions were a disgrace. we got 2 copies, one in english & one in what i think is polish and yet even though they were for the same wardrobe, they had very diifferent amounts of each piece of hardware.... When i managed to get an idea of how it went together, i found the screw holes for the doors werent aligned, so we now have a very uneven line top and bottom. Its ok but i wouldnt buy it again.. Absolutely gorgeous piece of furniture! I have a couple of original 19th century French armoirs in exactly this style but they are not as well made or finished as the 1 door wardrobe. A very unusual design and has been much admired - we are delighted with it! Not as heavy as many other similar wardrobes which was one of the reasons we chose it. But there is adequate space and a well designed interior. Further, it completes the rest of the Maison bedroom suite we purchased from Wayfair. Worst instructions I've seen in my life. This wardrobe has so many small pieces and the manual to build it is worthless. They did not bother at all. There are pieces that you have absolutely no instructions on how to fit them. You have to just guess It does have some holes for the screws but some of them are not nearly aligned. The wardrobe came damaged in some places. Assembly time around 4-5 hours with 2 people because most of the time you are trying to figure out what goes where.. Yuri. Mon May 13 2024

This wardrobe is impressive in a master bedroom and looks better than in the picture. It is solid mahogany of the highest quality and standard, and quite sturdy, too. The major issue has been the pre-sale service where I had specifically asked about its delivery for narrow stairs. I was told that it will be delivered as a small courier pack for self-assembly. It was delivered semi-assembled in two pieces (bottom and top) and the top part has been so problematic that I had to have it cut through the back side plus the edges, then have the marks waxed. Potential customers need to be aware that 'free delivery' means door delivery with one man so that one cannot notice whether the piece of furniture won't go through internal stairs. I spent £150 for the required changes and £70 on having two walls re-painted following failed attempts to have the bottom part upstairs. It would have been honest to be told of the exact specifications for delivery. I gave a 5 star for the quality of the product by the manufacturer but the pre-sale service and delivery was really bad.. Anca. Durham, GB. Wed Feb 01 2017

Wardrobe is okay not worth the price paid as it’s not very sturdy and seems quite cheap. Looks like the pictures and holds up well. Did come dirty with a few marks on it also. There is also no instructions, please email them a couple days before building to receive this!. Anonymous. Thu Jul 11 2024
