Comfortable, supports my back & thighs. The heat pad heats my lower back & the massage mode is for the back, lower back & thighs which is very relaxing after working all day. The colour (brown) is deep and matches with my other furniture and the construction is very good. I got the chair for my wife and she's been using it for a couple of months now. She loves it! All our previous "desk" chairs would leave us both needing to shift position every 10-20 minutes, we don't have any stiffness, numbness or soreness with this chair and don't need to shift position constantly due to pressure points or stiffness. The heated areas help to keep blood flowing to the usual pressure points and the padding hasn't flattened like many seat cushions do. I’m m happy with this chair. I especially like the lumbar support and headrest. They are comfortable and provide strong support for my waist and head. I had a different office chair before, but it couldnt support my head and waist properly it was just a simple home office chair. Recently, Ive been experiencing gradually increasing pain in my neck and waist, and I realized that I needed to change my office chair for the sake of my health. So, I chose this chair.
