I ordered 4 of these chairs and had some challenges assembling them until I watched a YouTube video and problem solved. The trick is to leave all of the bolts loose until they are all in and the parts assembled. Then tighten everything. Worked like a charm once I got the hang of it. I like the quality and look of the chairs. I bought these as a smaller replacement of my current patio dining set which is way too big for the deck of a townhome we recently acquired. These chairs and the 60" Calliana table are perfect and look great! Hoping they hold up well to rain / weather...
