The reason for the 1 Star - I purchased this product on their Way Day Sale assuming that this would be the best price. Well - their Way Day Sale ended and a day later the product was again on sale for $60 dollars cheaper. I called to inquire about the lower price and they would not offer it to me. The product had not shipped and I could not cancel the order. They stated the only way to get credit back was to refuse the order. I talked to a customer service rep and they stated they also talked to their manager - still would not give me credit for the lower price. Well - they just lost a customer due to their poor customer service. Would it not just have been easier to do the right thing -instead of losing a customer along with a bad review - I guess not! I know they have enough business and could care less about 1 complaint!
