Outdoor Seating Group With Cushions

We love the chairs but they broke very quickly at the bolts under the carriage. Making them unsafe to use.

First let me say I’ve heard nothing but good things from Wayfair. This was my first last time ordering anything from this company. I say this because I received this couch with out the couch cushion covers. I searched the box, I read the description. Cushion covers included-Yes. long story short the actual company that sells the couch claimed it didn’t come with the covers and I would have to buy them separately. I’ve never heard of such a thing. The company said they will ship them to me since the description was wrong but will take some time since they are overseas. Then they tell me due to insufficient inventory the factory will have to make a new batch and will ship them when ready. Once I pushed back they miraculously found some seat cushions they can ship now but I still have to wait for them to make another batch of the back covers. I’m really having a tough time trusting that. I don’t have any way of tracking if they will really send the rest of the product. If I receive the covers and care to update this review I will. Until then don’t buy from this company.

I purchased these chairs for a deck off our bedroom. They were the right size, and fit my requirements. The chairs were delivered the next day. After unpacking I noted the covers were not on the cushions, or in the box. I reached out to the vendor and two business days later, covers were delivered. It was an oversight at the factory, but immediately, and very politely, rectified. I assemble a lot of products and seek that the parts be of sufficient quality to meet the need for which they were purchased. The parts were all welded, and the work was solid, and very clean. The bolts used aligned properly, and were of sufficient size. There were no scuffs or scratches on any of the surfaces. The foam for the seat cushions is very firm, which is good, and softer for the back. The covers are a perfect fit, and made of a material that will resist wear. I expect these chairs to last for many years. I did purchase covers to keep off the elements, and of course will store the cushions during wet weather. I was very pleased with customer service. It is quite easy for an assembly line to miss a part ( like the covers ), but I give full credit to a company that immediately rectifies that omission, taking full responsibility. I would not hesitate to buy again from this vendor.

Looks great on our side porch! Very sturdy and goes together just as directions show.

beautiful addition to my courtyard… this sofa was easy to put together on my own and it’s very comfty… the colors perfect and the cushions are thick and sturdy! love it
