It is a very wick awning and poor material. It is not compatible with windy places and also the thing came bended and support, replacement or refund is impossible with Wayfair. The make it as difficult as possible for you to give up returning it and keeping a broken item they sold to you. Don’t get it , it is just trouble

Had this awning up for at least a month now, waited to review. Totally daunted when we received it, the box seemed so long and heavy. Left it lying up the stairs for a few weeks. The instructions are good also looked on you tube for videos and both together really helped. Me and my partner put it up in a couple of hours and we are absolute diy newbies. Definitely needs two people who are happy to climb ladders. The awning is fabulous, went for this one not so much for the sunshade but for its water resistance, wanted to be able to have my doors open when it’s raining. Does the job perfectly. The manual winder is easy to use and is at full length within a minute. So glad we went for this. Picture provided is not showing the awning at full extension.

Really happy with my new awning . Seems to be really good quality for the price and looks great . Was put up by my builders so can’t comment on ease of installation although didn’t seem to cause them too much bother . Highly recommended .

We've had this now for 3 years and are quite happy with it. Mechanically it is still working nicely, only recently I adjusted the tilt angle without any issues. The only negative I would notice is that the fabric has started fading, especially the areas at the very front that are exposed to the elements even when rolled in. Not a big problem for us, but anyone who finds this unsightly should probably go with the more expensive versions that retract into a closed box.
