item was as described, delivery was on time as well, built almost on my own with the instructions enclosed but I would say 2 person towards the end

Lovely, nice and sturdy, however, not all parts were labelled, and instructions were not entirely accurate

Part was damaged but sorted , over all it’s good , took around 3 hours to work it all out and get it finished , had outsunny brand before and quality good .

does the job and keeps the sun off easy to assemble but does need more than two people and is a little tricky to level up it would have been better if the construction was a little bit more sturdier

Absolutely love this pergola....it has completely transformed our garden space. The design is sleek and modern, giving off a premium, stylish vibe that blends beautifully with any outdoor setup. Installation was surprisingly straightforward — the instructions were clear and all the parts were well labelled. That said, you’ll definitely need two people to get it up properly, especially when it comes to lifting and aligning the frame. Took us a few hours, but everything fit together perfectly. The materials feel top-notch — solid aluminium construction with a durable finish that looks like it will hold up really well against the elements. It feels sturdy and stable, even on windy days. All in all, it’s a brilliant addition to our garden. High-quality, easy to assemble (with a second pair of hands!), and the finished result looks amazing. Highly recommend it! Looking now to fit some LED light on it to make it even better.

Doesn’t include retractable side which I have contracted wayfair about and tricky to assemble especially for one person requires assistance. The string instructions were also not that easy to understands. However as you can see it looks good though

Looks great assembled, and only took 2 .5 hrs with a drill that had an Allen key bit. Would have had no knuckles left otherwise! Sadly let down by a scratched upright post, and dented crossbar. Also, there are 2 pieces that aren’t labelled but worked it out by watching the video on the QR code, whilst comparing to the supplied leaflet. Unable to pursue replacements for the damaged parts as I had a helper arranged who couldn’t come at a later date. **UNABLE TO UPLOAD PHOTOS FROM IPHONE - site saying “this is the wrong kind of file” ‍♀️
