great value ... not that easy to fit (but we arent experts)...

Ordered retractable awning for rear garden. Was told no later than 3rd June for delivery arrived 2 weeks earlier so great. Although it was 2 deliveries which I wasn't made aware of. I called Wayfair after material parts were delivered 1st to be told 3 boxes in total were to be delivered. 2 have arrived and it's fitted so the 3rd box must be empty because it's complete. Upon opening the boxes I was shocked to see it was flat pack. Instructions are poor at best however took my time and completed it. Next job fix it to wall it says use a 12mm bit for anchors it's actually a 13 mm bit needed. Then there's faulty stitching on the large canopy bit and 1 side of the strip lights don't work. I emailed Wayfair and they have reordered the parts unbelievably they want the faulty bits back. A night mare having completed it once I've now got to take it to bits due to lack of quality check. I wouldn't purchase one of these again poor quality

Took 4hrs to assemble due to poor instructions. The actual product is great value for money. And easy to install and use.

Not put it up yet but the instructions are pics that aren’t easy to work out and too small to read properly. Not impressed with material either

I was very pleased with how quick it was delivered and the quality of the patio awning. But unfortunately the instructions on how to assemble it were not very helpful at all. It took 4 days to get it right. But now it's up I am very pleased with it
