Such a shame, the quality of the awning is good, installation is also ok, the way it finally works is not functional at all. In order for the awning to be even half extended, it begins to extend at such an impossible angle, anything you decided to use it for is covered and unusable. As you can see from the images, the bbq area we thought would benefit from having an extendable awning over is simply covered because of the angle the arms either side force the awning into. If they were extendable, this would make it easy to position a good quality awning into the perfect position for whatever you needed to protect. Go back to the drawing board and make the arms extendable and you have a winner!

Easy to install and use, perfect for our narrow but long patio area. Recommend.

Really good and very quick delivery

Item delivered was some sort of cheap fly screen - not the advertised item.

Seems ok. Delivered quickly and priced a bit randomly if I’m honest. This unit was around half the price of another comparable product (same size, colour etc) on Wayfair, the only difference being this unit came with the solar powered fairy lights, so got more for much less, go figure! Good job I was not counting on the lights as the solar power unit was broken, seemed rather dubious on the quality, but though I’m sure Wayfair would have put things right in their usual swift and amicable manner I’ve honestly not contacted them as the lights would most likely have been disposed of anyway. Let’s see how well the shade stands during the year. Actually bought it as an external roller blind so will be modifying the use slightly but it should be more than suitable for this similar use, but with guides to keep the blind against the building rather than using the arms to extend the shade away from the building.
