Ordered this gazebo because it stated it had steel hardtop however when we received it, it was a polyester roof. We spoke with an agent in customer service who kindly organised collection of the gazebo and sent out a replacement. However, we have just received the replacement and yet again it is a soft polyester top. Extremely disappointed with the service
