Keter California 3 Seater Outdoor Corner Garden Furniture Chaise Longue Mini Lounge set

The furniture is lovely and very easy to put together. The sofas did need two people though. The cushions are thicker than most I tried. The pieces are not heavy so will need either taken in or weighted in strong winds like I get where I live although for most in a sheltered garden this won't be an issue. Unfortunately a few of the pieces arrived broken and while I have put them together they are structurally weak at the broken bits. I await feedback from Wayfair as to what they suggest. This set is no longer available so I'd rather keep the set and dump the broken piece with a proportional refund for the broken piece. I really am pleased with the set though other than the fact some bits were broken but that's the courier's fault and not a reflection of the items themselves as they are plastic and I live very far away (lorry and boat journey!)

The seat quality is usual Keter and very good, but there are 6 bolts missing, must have been packed as two seater. Initially, communication was really good, new parts would be sent direct from Keter, but this failed to materialise. I was then told a new 3 seater would be dispatched and this failed to turn up. Wayfair then said theyd have replacement parts sent by 10.07.24. Ive spent time chasing via phone. Still no contact. Really poor service from Wayfair, considering we bought this in May.
