Received the pergola a week later than told initially. Started to assemble only to notice halfway through the job ,the 2 plates (S) in the instruction leaflet were missing .Not to happy about it at all . Trying to find a phone number to talk to someone is a mission .Ended up writing a email trying to explain the bits that were missing ,upshot was offered a partial refund ,if I could find a solution myself ,because the manufacturer could replace the missing bits !.managed to fix it myself ,not impressed wayfair

While overall the product is excellent, there was some damage to some posts on delivery. There were also 3 missing poles making the connection of the tarp impossible. However very prompt customer service to a high standard were able to support me with a solution although the whole experience was highly inconvenient. Would be 5 stars on the product, delivery & customer service But 1 off for damaged posts & for the missing parts.
