Excellent very solid table. I assembled it on my own but it would be far easier (and a bit quicker) with 2 people. We have plenty of space but do measure up. It's true to the measurement stated but as the chairs do not slide right under then you need to factor this in for your cover if purchasing one. To cover with the chairs you would need dimensions approx L 330cm, W 180cm, H 90cm
