Adjustable Portable Basketball Net

Very good product! However very long assembly time.

We have not yet been able to set up the basketball hoop because parts for assembly are still missing. Unfortunately, Customer Care has not responded to our inquiry.

Backboard has cracked after falling over in storm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my 11 year old son for Christmas and I'm so pleased I chose this over the other competitors. It's sturdy, well made, easy to adjust and looks the business!!

We bought the basketball system for our Scouts a few years back. Due to covid it was dismantled and placed in storage. We were so disappointed to realise that we had disposed of a bag containing a number of small hardware items (screws, pins, nuts) that are essential for erecting. I contacted Lifetime in slim hope that they may be able to help (even though we are in Scotland) and i got an immediate reply from Woodlay asking me exactly what we required and that they could help. I followed up with all the required info and couldnt believe to receive an email from Woodlay the same day saying the order had been created and that the replacement goods should be with us in 1-2 weeks. Have never received customer service on this level before, as fast and efficient. The basketball system itself is brilliant, but the response received since backs up further the Lifetime brands customer service of which i will happily advocate to anyone.
