So happy with this Pergola. I’ve ordered the plants to train up and around the posts. Pleased with the quality of the workmanship and it’s just the right size for the space I have. I would thoroughly recommend this product.

Extremely Disappointed - Not Solid Timber. Rating: 1/5 Stars (Would give 0 if I could) Do not be fooled by the description; this product is not "solid" as advertised. The wood is incredibly lightweight, soft, and finished with a mahogany-style stain to hide the poor quality. The most concerning part: the "main" support columns are not solid posts. They are actually four thin pieces of wood stuck together with a cap on each end to create the *illusion* of a solid beam. They have zero structural integrity. The unit arrived in five boxes with a mountain of flimsy pieces and metal clamps. It felt so unsafe and poorly constructed that I didn't even finish the build—I threw it away and went to a local timber merchant instead. For £350 at a local shop, I built a pergola that is actually solid, treated, and built to last. Don't waste your money on this—buy real timber and build it yourself.
