Excellent door canopy. Fairly easy to install (one person job if you feel keen). Had a minor issue with putting a wall bracket in the wrong place but contacted Palram customer services, who are sending replacement wall plugs etc free, so excellent service from the manufacturer, even during the pandemic. Note this is actually 3 single units that fit together or could be installed as 2+1 or individually.

The sheets of polycarbonate have blown down , breaking several supports and after only a few months in place . Not happy

The panels don't fit well into the frame, leaving gaps that let water through. The whole structure feels insecure because of this poor fit. It's not what I expected from a premium product.

I find myself climbing up to clean the roof of the awning at least once a week. Dust and bird droppings accumulate so quickly, it's hard to keep up. This isn't as low-maintenance as I was hoping.

The awning doesn't cover as much area as I expected.
