Salerno 3m x 1.5m Rectangular Balcony Parasol

Excellent design, exactly as described. Update Unfortunately since writing this we had a big gust of wind that blew it in half, it’s completely broken now so I shall have to find a new one. I got the new one and now that has broken too - hardly used and we were especially careful this time too! I cannot recommend this product

Love it,love it just what you expect from German technology. Efficient, sturdy, easy to use, no weight to raise or lower it with the crank mechanism. So good we ordered another the day we received this one and our neighbour did as well. We have a fabulous 7.5 metre balcony off the sea front but two separate umbrellas is less unwieldy than one long one. It is great to find a balcony umbrella that is designed for the task and the tilt makes added shade easier, it even has a nifty pull cord to put it back upright from tilt.

The parasol is lovely but the packaging from the manufacturer is the problem. The first one we ordered arrived damaged but we liked it so much we asked for a replacement. This was delivered promptly but on opening the same thing had happened again the manufacturer needs to pack their products better to stop them being damaged during transit.

Great sturdy parasol , easy to put up and down with a good cover.

Have used it a maximum of 6x and the winding mechanism has jammed. Not impressed at the mediocre quality of this. Not “Fit for purpose is the phrase that comes to mind” Maybe we’ve been unlucky with a rogue faulty one. I will update review at the end of the summer when we’ve used the received a replacement. Am waiting to hear how wayfair will resolve this. All other purchased wayfair products have been fine.

Good, wide parasol. Easily adjustable.

This is a great product - covers the whole patio which means I can sit in the patio when it rains. Crank mechanism makes it easy to put it up or take it down

Fabulous shape. Quality construction. Good neutral bright colour fabric. Looks fantastic. Very pleased.
