None of the screw hole lined up , screws too short, had to replace with my own. Worse thing I have ever tried to put together...

This is a foldable chair which actually folds almost flat, so why on earth do you have to put it together with nuts and bolts and spanners and Allen keys?! This was impossible to make on your own as you’d need 4 hands to hold the parts, pop the nuts through the holes, and tighten everything up. The pain doesn’t stop there.... after taking delivery of two seats, I found that the holes were not aligned on one of them, and I needed a pair of pliers to tighten the fittings in order to actually attach the nit with the bolt on the other side of the holes. At this point I have spent the majority of my Saturday afternoon trying to get a nut through the mud-aligned holes but we’re talking metal fittings here, so regardless of squeezing with pliers, twisting, and hammering, we are at a loss on what do, as the seat still remains unmade sitting in our garden. I doubt we’ll get our money back now given the scratches etc, so effectively a waste of money. We did manage to put the other seat together, albeit disregarding the useless instructions that actually miss out one of the parts that require fitting, and to be fair it was reasonably comfortable, although the gap between the 2 parts of the seat is quite large (can’t see it properly on the pics), so not great if a child wants use it.

Looks nice but very poor quality. Rattan will fray and fall off before you've managed to assemble it and then you have to pay to return it.
