Once built the sofa is comfortable and sturdy however: The instructions aren't the clearest, and some illustrations show pieces in the wrong orientation, which is confusing. One of the pieces was mislabeled which required some backtracking and reassembly. Some of the nut/fastening holes aren't machined consistently and so some of the bolts can be extremely stiff and difficult to tighten with the provided Allen keys. Lots of the metal pieces are absolutely full of metal filings/particles and so when assembling be prepared for them to go everywhere. Some suggestions for improvements to the product itself: Add fastenings to the bottom cushions so they don't slide around. Provide a way to attach the two sofas together, again to stop them sliding/separating while in use (particularly when on surfaces like wooden decking)
