The pot is split down the side. I have tried to do a return item on line but cannot upload the photo. There is no one to talk to or contact. I will probably now keep the item and make the best of it but believe a refund or at least partial refund is due. I have shopped a lot with Wayfair and this is the first time I have had to try and contact with a problem. I think you should have customer service available to talk to.
