Package was damaged when it arrived but looked fine but noticed it was leaking and had to keep refilling after a day or two. Got in contact and asked for a replacement, they said they will issue a replacement once I sent back my other item. This was the 29th Aug, I had to get a box and then repack and sent back through DPD and then I hadn't heard anything back. I followed up and they said they never received anything. I got onto DPD and they gave me the tracking number and confirmed it was delivered on the 15th September at 12:03pm. I have been on several times trying to get a refund now as I am now over this trying to get a replacement as I am not getting anywhere. I have gone through the virtual assistant which is no help I have emailed and nothing. I am now down money and have no fountain and I have been trying to get this resolved for over a month now with no help.
