Fayolle 2 Seater Bistro Set

One of the chairs had chipped tiles on arrival, and the quality of the grouting work on all three items was poor. We were offered the choice of returning for a replacement chair (a lot of hassle for us) or a 15% discount. We felt the latter was too little for the scale of the damage and were able to negotiate 20% so we're keeping the items but still feel the quality is poor for what we paid. They'll do us for now but we'll be searching for better quality furniture elsewhere.

Die Lieferung war deutlich schneller als ursprünglich angekündigt. Der beim Transport beschädigte Tisch wurde ebenso schnell und unbürokratisch ersetzt! Großes Lob!
