This really missed the mark for my first wayfair purchase! 1. It came in three deliveries making it difficult to know if anything was missing until it was all unboxed and organised for assembly. 2. The assembly instructions are very poor. 3. We’re still assembling after three days, my husband and I are very competent having installed our own kitchen, bathroom and built a big (4x5 mtr) wooden summer house. 4. It does NOT come with cushions. If you check the product detail’s carefully you will notice this, I did not and as I was comparing to other products that did not show cushions in the product pages I mistakenly thought cushions would be included, especially because some sets were shown with different colour cushions. What makes it worse is that you cannot purchase cushions to fit the set from the brand and have to consider specially made cushions are double the cost. 5. The quality of the pine is really very poor, with several pieces that are split, there are also some slightly longer pieces meaning you have to check before assembling each chair. I never leave reviews but feel really let down by this. Many of the holes are too snug for the screws and the Allen key supplied is totally not up to the job. I've had to drill out the holes to make it even doable and it's still touch and go whether the screw head strips. No cushions included. Literally every.single. Piece of this product needs constructing by hand! Unlike other products I have purchased in the past from Wayfair that had parts pre built. This is a crazy amount of parts!! Attempted to return due to description mentioning cushions that were not included and the build process being more than expected. Still stuck in y hallway and back and forth on messages that don’t get replied to for days!! Still not collection, still no refund! Missed the event this product was intended for due to delivery issues. The whole process has been extremely inconvenient, I’d say from start to finish but…still not finished! Awful product save your money! Terrible instructions and really poor quality materials. They give you a tiny Allen key to fix the thickness screws into the tiniest holes and you can’t use an electric screwdriver cos the metal on the screws just disintegrates. The wood cracks when you put the screws in. The pre made holes are wonky and one of the pieces of wood was shorter than the rest on the foot stool causing the whole thing to be at an angle and not fit together properly as pictured! When you sit on it, it makes ominous cracks and I only way around 55kg! I complained and they gave me 15% off but to be honest I don’t think this product is fit for sale! I’d give 0 stars if I could. Would not recommend. Horrendous to construct I spent better part of a day doing this. Fixtures are poor quality and lose structure when building making it difficult to assemble. Das Gartensofa bleibt qualitativ deutlich hinter den Erwartungen zurück. Das Holz ist scharfkantig, an einigen Stellen rau, ungleichmäßig lasiert und ist beim Zusammenschrauben mehrfach gespalten. Zudem ist der Zusammenbau extrem zeitaufwändig und braucht gute Nerven. Die Sitzfläche ist niedriger als ich vermutet hatte, kann aber durch hohe Sitzpolster ausgeglichen werden.
