The Avance is an extremely popular summerhouse due to its styling and great price. The joinery quality, glazed doors and large canopy make an attractive addition to any garden or patio. It is constructed on sturdy 34 mm square framing and clad with planed Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, FSC approved, slow grown northern European pine. The floor is T&G and the roof is solid sheet OSB. The Summerhouse is treated with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat immediately after installation. To ensure your safety the double doors (set in the 7' gable) are safety glazed with acrylic. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
