Product shipping was disappointing as I arranged for delivery for my day off and then it got cancelled and moved to the following Monday. Only 2 boxes turned up and the 3rd over a week later. After building the BBQ this week I find that it is dented in two places which is not good as one is in the front by the controls and for everyone to see the other is inside the cooking area which luckily is not seen. This characteristic charcoal barbecue works on wood and coal. To control ventilation there is a wooden handle on the cover (this way you won’t burn your hands). On the sides there are 2 working tables, also made of wood and a lower shelf which is handy to store your barbecue accessories. This charcoal barbecue has two wheels, these allow you to move the barbecue around.

I have not used the barbecue yet, but I must say it looks and sturdy; however, we could have done with better instructions about the different sizes of screws. they all looked the same and we had to swap several who were a tiny bit too long in their first location, but just right a bit later on; and vice versa. This large outdoor gas plancha has a sleek, modern look. Easy to use, the plancha has four 2.5kw stainless steel burners with piezo ignition. For use with low-pressure butane or propane, it requires an 8mm hose and either a 28-bar regulator for butane or a 37-bar regulator for propane. A healthy method of cooking, with four burners, you can create different heat zones on the huge griddle so you can cook a variety of ingredients at the same time. The fat drains through a hole in the griddle into a grease collection tray and can be removed from the side of the plancha for cleaning.

This gas BBQ plancha has four 2.5kw stainless steel burners with piezo ignition, an enamelled steel cooking plate with a huge cooking area and a removable grease tray. Each of the gas burners can be controlled independently, allowing you to create different heat zones for cooking a variety of ingredients simultaneously. Simple to use and versatile, this plancha also provides a healthy way to cook as the food is seared with grease draining away into a removable grease tray. The trolley can easily be detached. It provides a sturdy platform and plenty of storage, with a large shelf and two side tables, together with a comfortable working height. Two wheels on one side allow the trolley to be manoeuvred with ease. The plancha can be used with either propane or butane, although we recommend propane as it burns hotter which is better for cooking.
