Another disappointment arrived broken and to be honest by the way it was packaged I believe this was a returned item which had simply been resold . It seems to be impossible to have my money refunded despite endless texts requesting photo proof of the broken angel! I sent 8 pictures but to no avail!! I have found the return process on this website very obstructive and I have no intention of ever ordering from them again

This item is nothing like the picture. The first one arrived damaged,although replaced quickly the replacement was smaller than the picture and in poor condition. Not a beautiful gift for my granddaughter as I was led to believe. Very disappointed.
