Really happy with purchase and delivery. Package well wrapped and courier very courteous too. Product is great, its solid and well made. As ever a drilling template would not go amiss and would make installation far easier and less of a challenge for an inexperienced DIYer.

Nice quality, looks great in bathroom. Came with all the fixings but unfortunately no instructions so took husband a while to figure it out and 2 attempts... a simple sett of instructions would be handy. Disappointed it’s now half the price I paid for it a few weeks ago though!

Arrived damaged but replacement sent quickly. Not too big but fits towels nicely.

My recommendation is NEVER purchase this product. No instructions arrived with it and it is the most difficult item in the universe to hang on the wall. Avoid!
