This clock is magnificent! Incredibly well made and the chimes are beautiful. You can't go wrong with a Howard Miller clock.

This clock is beautiful, and the chimes are exquisite! ...like church bells. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. Very easy to set up and get running. It keeps perfect time. I would have given it 5 stars, had it an actual 'tick tock' sound. It is silent running. I had asked that question, and received an erroneous answer. But I purchased for the chimes, and they are glorious. As for Wayfair's customer service... there are not enough stars. Best customer service I've ever received!

Luv the clock. Had it before but fell off wall and broke. Ordered this and a small problem w chime. Customer service was great. I asked for number for Howard Miller since wasn’t excited about returning if we could troubleshoot problem. Called them and they vert patiently walked me thru the fix! Yeh! Works great now and securely hung

Beautiful addition.....this is my 2nd Howard Miller clock....both have wonderful sounding chimes. Was delivered in a timely fashion....thank you very much!!
