I give this 'shopping experience' a low score. NOT the actual product. The delivery service that wayfair chooses to use boggles my mind. Evri is, by every metrix the worst delivery service in the country. My package arrived and was left unattended in a communal area WITHOUT ringing my buzzer or calling my phone. The box is wrapped in a fragile sticker and yet looked as though it had replaced the ball for a full 90 minutes of a Premier league game... Thankfully the vase was well protected within and remained undamaged, bit I think I just got lucky.
