Great product but a nightmare to get it delivered. It stated that the product was going to be delivered by dpd. Clicking onto the tracking nr. The german dpd website shows up and no tracking available. Then received a message that DHL will be delivering it and again tracking it was not working. Finally I received a message that the package has been delivered to the pick up point. I went to pick it up but I want handed it out as I did not have a DHL QR code. Then I started communication with the Wayfair help desk. Many apologies but no actions. Its better to say I cant help you then telling me that you are working on it and then disappearing from the chat. Whilst the product is great, the whole service was a disaster to say the least. I wonder why you send emails to ask how the service was? Because I would immediately action a negative comment from my clients!
