Love the item but very disappointed that a zip is busted on one of the covers and the response I got was I can have a 5% refund and keep the item. It’s going to cost me more than that to get the zip fixed. I don’t want to send them back as I will be without cushions then and I need the padding. Very very disappointed

Arrived quickly with no issues. Quality of the covers is very good. The filling inside is quite soft so may not suit everyone but I’m happy with them.
