I have reported this and sent photos showing the weight is too heavy for the tiny connecting screws that continually loosen. Dave in the Resolutions Team has been dismissive and, obtrusive. I requested I want to know how to raise a formal complaint. He said he needs to do this on my behalf and I am excluded from knowing the outcome.
