To return curtains Wayfair deduct nearly £5 per pair I phoned customer service try to pack them in one box which was agreed ,the parcel was picked up from home and scanned I as one pair instead of seven, Currently now disputing a previous agreement with wayfare about cost of return for the box at £16.99 deduction instead of £5 per pair. This has became a big headache to return some curtain , again had to call twice to let them know there was seven pairs returned in the box.
