Great upgrade to our old electric fire.. loving the light only flame option, LED at the bottom looks good, really has made a difference keeping our lounge warm

Easy to construct with good fixings. However, it marks really easily ( they even supply a touch up pen so they know it’s going to happen.) The MDF is cheap and there are small gaps everywhere. The fire is fine but only glows four stages of orange when we thought it would be different colours and the “mood” light is actually quite bright. The remote was smashed on arrival but was replaced quickly after a call to customer services. The overall effect is good in the evening and the heater is effective. In all, you get what you pay for (even though £550 isn’t cheap) but is more cost effective than a 2k marble version. Would I buy another?, probably not.
