Beam Edge 16" Inset Electric Fire

The inset fire is very stylish and slim, so that it fits the space and quiet in operation so just what we wanted. I would have given 5 stars but we did have to wait from ordering on 31st October until delivery on 17th November with no information other than ‘item is delayed’ I telephoned at the end of last week and that seemed to speed up the process. Also there is a scratch on the glass front of the fire, not noticeable unless you get up close. However, I assume the good discount was because the item isn’t perfect and I would have preferred to be told and be given the option to purchase a fire in perfect condition. Overall however I am pleased with the fire. The scratch shows up when you zoom on the photo.

Love the look of the fire. It looks as good or better than the picture on Wayfair. Easy to assemble. Very easy to fix. The delivery let you down badly.
