Does the job.. not sure why 3 lines of vents are closed, seems to be the design. There’s no way to change the temperature, which I was expecting.

Blows air out really good, nice and cold. Only issue is the noise it’s making since plugging it in for the first time, gonna report to Wayfair and try to get a replacement.
