Awful service, door came damaged and had been bashed around was very poor quality, sent photos and videos and asked for a replacement but the resolution was to collect and investigate at an hours notice during a week day. Better going to b&q and getting a door off the shelf customer service was awful and unable to reach on phone. Have been a loyal customer of wayfair but just not worth the time and effort when an order is wrong
